Caving gives you the opportunity to go places that no one has ever been before, see some amazing sites and meet lots of interesting new people.

In addition it’s great exercise and gives you something to talk about in the pub.

Anyone can take part, there are thousands of caves all around the U.K. that are suitable for all abilities.

You take it as far as you want to, but you never know, you might end up joining us on international expeditions to France, Spain and Austria in the summer!
